Such an embarrassing condition! Being itchy down there is the worst. I had a recurring problem that i tried all kinds of remedies for. OTC creams spays and powders provided some relief but it never went away completely until i used this for a few days. I think it was just shy of a week before it was really finally gone. I can live a normal life now. It smells like lemongrass. Not sure why the reviews complain about the smell. I think it is nice.

UPDATE: Several months later it has not returned!! Victory!!! I spent literally YEARS battling this with various OTC methods and old wives tales and this stuff cleared it right up in less than a week. I still find myself checking the area regularly out of some habit since I had it for so long and it never went away fully for very long. I don't know what I'll do with the rest of the jar. Pass it along to someone who needs it I guess if anyone has the nerve to let me know they need it!

I never write reviews. I’ve had impetigo on my neck for two months, two rounds of antibiotics, one round of Mupirocin. The dermatologist office recently told me that it should clear up because it wasn’t growing any more bacteria in the culture even though I had told them it was spreading. A spot on my finger, shoulder, and down my neck. I ordered this and received it two days ago and have been using in while also using the Mupirocin ointment (goes in the nose) that I have left over. This had been clearing up my spots and helping with the itching more than anything else I’ve tried! It’s seriously awesome and has helped tremendously. I would still recommend an going to a doc to get the antibiotic ointment, but definitely get this to put on the impetigo spots. Makes me smell like a hippy, but I don’t care.

If you have stubborn ringworm BUY THIS. I had ringworm I couldn't get rid of for a little over a year. It really started affecting my self esteem and i was so itchy and uncomfortable. This product saved me. I had tried so many other products and this is the only one that gave me any relief. Somehow it soothed the itching and discomfort when I applied it instead of stinging and causes pain like a lot of other topical ring worm medicines I tried. It took about 2 and a 1/2 weeks of applying daily to really clear up. At first I just put it on as many times as I could in one day and now I only use it about 2 to 3 times a day and I feel so much better. Just make sure you keep up with applying often. The only thing people should know is that it does have a very strong odor. To me it smelled kind of good at first but it can be overpowering. Better than having ring worm though!
